Adds the Ko-fi support-the-developer footer to the two remaining chrome-less pages (privacy.html and compare/index.html). The main index and /features/* hubs already carry it; those two were the outliers where a direct-landing visitor had no path to Ko-fi.

Inline-styled footer so it does not depend on the pages own CSS blocks. station.html and 404.html left alone by design (app-install landing / error page).

feat(footer): TASK-99 — add Ko-fi support link to privacy + compare pages 63e5ef7c1d

The main index and every /features hub page already carry the Ko-fi tip
link (footer + a dedicated "Say thanks on Ko-fi" section) after the TASK-33
v3 pivot to a Settings-only tip surface, but privacy.html and
compare/index.html were the two remaining chrome-less outliers — visitors
landing directly on those pages had no path to Ko-fi.

Adds a small footer to both pages matching the main-site shape (Home,
Privacy Policy, Web player, Contact, Support the developer ↗ ) with inline
styles so the footer works without depending on the pages' own custom
CSS blocks. Points at https://ko-fi.com/noctallabs.

station.html and 404.html left alone by design — the former is a mobile
app-install landing whose chrome is intentionally stripped, the latter is
an error page where an outbound-tip prompt would read as pushy.
